Chinese Pole Acts Sydney based performers ready to mesmerise the audience at your next event!
The astonishing and breathtaking art of the Chinese Pole dates back to 221 BC and is still appreciated today in shows such as Cirque Du Soleil and other well known productions.
Performers climb the pole, and hold a number of incredible poses, each one more astounding than the last. The most common pose is ‘the flag’, where the performer hangs straight out at a 90º angle to the pole, using nothing but their arm strength. There are flips and jumps, poses and incredible athletic performers who are highly trained in their skill.
These intricate and powerful acrobatic dances are professionally choreographed and performed on a rubber coated six metre steel pole, which can also be adjusted for smaller venues or events. The ancient entertainment of the Chinese Pole is now in Sydney and available for shows and corporate events.
