Gaia Rhythm Events is an entertainment agency Sydney NSW based providing entertainment acts to Australia, Asia Pacific & the world.

We have a range of unique and diverse artists in our network. Our services include entertainment bookings, entertainment management, entertainment creation and live entertainment production. These services are provided at corporate events, activation’s, weddings, community events and private events. Whilst working with many corporate companies & event stylists we also cater to the needs of inbound destination clients from India, China & other Asia Pacific regions.

 

Our Sydney based entertainment agency has a range of unusual & stylish feature acts, roaming meet & greet performers, live bands, multicultural performances, circus acts including aerial silks, aerial hoop or aerial lyra, aerial trapeze, corde lisse (also known as aerial rope), aerial net and other aerial disciplines. We also provide light hearted acts such as comedy jugglers, hypnotists and cheeky character acts. Many of our clients enjoy our themed options & packages as it helps to reduce the time required to organise small & large scale events.

 

The Gaia Rhythm Show with original live music and recently the Elara feature Act are fast becoming highly sought after experiences.  We have a passionate team who we believe provide one of the most creative, dynamic and reliable services in Sydney, we look forward to helping make your event all it can be!

    REQUIREMENTS

    Dependant on the actual acts:

    • Aerial Acts generally require a minimum rigging height of 4m with a structural rigging points rated as a minimum for a 500kg load. Acts also require clear space beneath the performers
    • Most acrobatic acts require a minimum 4 x 4 metres stage & 4 metre ceiling height
    • Stilt Walkers require a relatively flat even surface & importantly a dry surface
    • Ideally a dressing room close to the performance area
    • Quality Sound System
